The heart of the pro street supercharger kit is powered by the Powerdyne BD600. The silent drive technology gives the BD600 one of the quietest drive superchargers on the market. No oil lines or maintenace required. The Hyperdyne impeller generates low RPM boost and flow that is unmatched by other convential centrifugal superchargers.
The intercooler has been custom designed to fit behind the front bumper with no cutting or minipulating of the factory frame. The 15"x 5.5"x3" intercooler has been designed to take in maximum air volume with little or no heat soak.
The kit also consists of mandrel bent 6061 bead rolled thin walled polished or anodized aluminum piping, HKS sequential blow off valve, anodized or polished custom T6 billet aluminum bracket, heavy duty stainless steel clamps, high temp silicone Turbo hoses, vacuum hoses, belts, pulleys, spark plugs, K&N filter and all necessary hardware for an easy do it yourself install.
The kit delivers 6.5 lbs of boost @ 6,400 RPM with an A/F ratio of 12.2. No fuel management is necessary with this kit. No tuning and no chance of any check engine lights. Maintain your factory fuel economy at cruising speeds with 300 horses at the tip of the gas pedal.
The kit delivered 242 RWHP and 221 ft lb of torque on a 2003 Lexus IS300 Automatic transmission with a completely stock exhaust, injectors, fuel pump, and engine computer. Finally, the power the car should have been born with.
